Cancellation policy
Winter
Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival, provided the booked room can be re-let. We always endeavour to avoid cancellation fees and will do our best to re-let the room in the event of a cancellation.
Cancellations made 59 days before arrival will incur a fee of 50 per cent of the total amount.
Cancellations made 45 days before arrival will incur a fee of 75 per cent of the total amount.
For cancellations made 30 days before arrival, early departure, late arrival or a no-show, the full amount (100 per cent) will be charged.
Please note that unused services cannot be deducted.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance and are happy to provide further information.
Summer
Cancellation charges apply from the date of booking.
